Leather Regency
This is a rather modern and also very edgy take on a classical Regency ensemble. The specific choice of materials was intended to create a filmcostume-like look. The whole outfit consists of a bib-front gown made from fine cotton sateen and a sleeveless robe made from patent leather mounted on tulle. Especially the back-view also reminds of the typical shape of the 16th and early 17th century men’s Doublets and/or Jerkins (which were quite often made from pinked und otherwise manipulated leather)
